At Kappa Rennet, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet our customers’ needs and ensure complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and refunds.
Return Conditions
Customers may request a return in the following cases:
- Receiving a product that does not match the order

- Error in quantity or product type from the company
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be in its original condition and unused
- Proof of purchase must be provided (invoice or order number)
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products (dairy manufacturing materials), the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products stored improperly by the customer
- Custom or specially prepared orders
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team via phone or email
- Explain the reason for return and provide photos if applicable
- The request will be reviewed by our team
- A suitable solution will be determined (replacement or refund)
Refund Policy
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- In some cases, shipping fees may be deducted (if the issue is not caused by the company)
Replacement
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on product availability.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipping without any fees
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will be subject to the return policy
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring order accuracy before confirmation
- Providing proper storage conditions after receiving the products
